Whiskey
Our Malt Whiskey is 100% malted barley grain bill, with some Scottish Peated malt thrown in for a nice smoky profile. Rye of Horus is 66% rye grain bill for a nice spicy flavor. 1893, named after the year Grand Ledge became a city, is a bourbon grain bill with wheat to finish it off into a smooth Michigan Bourbon. Finally, our White Whiskey is fresh off the still with the same grain bill as 1893, but we skip the barrel aging and bottle at 100 proof.

Rum
A smooth, versatile spirit made from sugarcane. Flavors of the tropics, perfect for your favorite Caribbean cocktails. Our Dark Rum is aged in oak barrels with additions of Hungarian and French oak for a rounded dark caramel intensity.

Vodka
A crystal-clear spirit celebrated for its purity, versatility, and smooth character. Crafted through careful distillation and filtration, it serves as the foundation for countless cocktails or can be enjoyed neat for its clean, pure character. Our Pepper Vodka is infused with fresh locally grown organic hot peppers for an intense heat! Heat varies by pepper variety used, which we change from time to time.

Tequila (100% blue agave)
Blanco is crafted from 100% blue agave, capturing the vibrant spirit of the agave fields. Smooth and naturally sweet with subtle earthy and floral notes, it’s perfect for sipping neat or mixing into classic cocktails. Anejo is aged in oak barrels for a richer, caramel flavor that is a great sipper.

Specialty Spirits
Crafted with care, our Apple and Maple Spirits showcase nature’s finest flavors. The Apple Spirit delivers bright, smooth fruit notes, made from local apple cider. Distilled then aged in Oak barrels for a wonderful apple brandy smoothness.
The Maple Spirit is made from 100% maple syrup. We ferment the syrup, distill it and age it in oak barrels. It offers rich, velvety caramel and wood, with a nice real maple aftertaste. Nothing artificial or sweet here.

Cordials
Sweet, full flavored spirits available in classics like peach, apple, peppermint, butterscotch along with rich dark coffee. Smooth on its own and a tasty boost in cocktails.
